Refill Process
When you have used all of your candle up and would like to refill, place an order in our store ‘refill order’ section and select which scent you would like. Once your order has been received we will email you regarding the return of your container.
There’s no need to clean them, all containers are steam cleaned before a refill.
when we receive your container back it will be fully inspected to make sure there is no damaged and suitable for a refill, if the container is damaged a refill will be declined.

Candle Care
Please read carefully
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candle out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface.
Never burn candles for more than four hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass/container. On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central as it cools.
Always trim the wick 5mm before relighting to avoid smoking and damage to the containers. Containers may become hot during use. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains at the bottom and do not relight.
Always trim the wooden wicks after every use once the wax has cooled to minimise excess burnt wick getting into your wax.

As our candles are made to order they are usually hand crafted within 1-2 days, if you are choosing your own scent that we do not have in stock these may take 3–4 days.

Return and Refund Policy
When you have received your order and you aren’t satisfied with what you have received either the quality or scent, we are more than happy to investigate this matter in order to process a refund for you. The product will need to be returned to us before a refund is issued.
